Target Audience
We decided that our target audience would be anyone and everyone from age 13 onwards who would connect and let the video flow through them. Our digipak and social media age also gives a sense of minimalism yet portraying our surreal aesthetic to clearly grasp the consumers eye. Our editing style and shots are made so that one may feel the flow of time altered when experiencing the journey through the video. Lastly, we uploaded our video on YouTube which has an interactive interface where our audience could watch, share and give us their feedback. We used Instagram and WhatsApp to distribute our posters and video so that a hype could be created for the final release. This piece of art was constructed for mainly anyone and everyone except kids who might not connect with the video in a spiritual way yet still might enjoy it. For anyone and everyone wanting to connect with their inner selves. For people who experience anxiety and insomnia and mental abuse on a daily basis yet still try to survive. We wanted each person to not gain full closure by engaging with our video but at least a thought in their mind to arise that its never too late and that there is always light at the end of the tunnel or there is always a chance of a beautiful rainbow after a frightening thunderstorm
