THE DECISION TO WORK AS A DUO

Last year for my very first project, I worked in a team of four. That decision was taken in haste but the outcome was positive as it helped me learn many new things about myself. I also learnt the importance of teamwork, which is why, although I felt perfectly capable doing this project solo, I chose to have one more person alongside me this year. 

Furthermore, with experience I learnt not only how to work in a team, but also how to coordinate, assign and manage a team and it really brought out my strong leadership skills. I came to the realisation that along with being an extremely creative person, I am also a bit of a perfectionist. I like to be in control, and I have the natural instincts of a director. So this year, I carefully planned who I wanted to work with and why.  I chose to work with my classmate Zeeshan Minhas, who I think perfectly balances my skills with his, and with whom I knew I could achieve what I wanted.
