 My partner and I mostly held meetings over phone calls as we wanted minimise the risk of spreading corona to each other or anyone around us, here are some screenshots of us creating a time coding sheet for our music video

For our music promotional package we researched and planned on the equipment we required to shoot the music video in the exact way we wanted and budgeted accordingly this is all the equipment we rented: Sony FS700K : We needed a good video camera for outdoor lighting and this camera was especially beneficial to us due to its built in ND filters. LX-10 Tripod : A good adjustable tripod for variable uses Carl Zeiss Lens T-2/35mm : We needed this lens for wide and clear shots also for capturing light flares. Carl Zeiss Lens T-1.4/50mm : We needed this lens for close ups and medium close ups and slight blur in the background.  Sony Lens 70-200mm F4 : We needed this lens for extreme close ups shots where we could completely blur the background.
